We once again did the swimmers and aquanaut badge. This will happened on the weekend of the 13th Feb 2016 at Broadlands Private School pool and we started at 8.30am. This was a good opportunity to come and assist, cheer and practice for the B.P Gala that is happening the following weekend.

Another successful day attended by our scouts and cubs. We thank the Rotary club for inviting us to join in. We thank all who were involved in our 2015 AGM. The team was divided between admin inside and the caterers outside. Cubs and scouts had a good time with an obstacle course they build outside and had to participate in teams. After the meeting all enjoyed some delicious food and drinks. Spring cleaning was a great success! Thank you to all the strong, eager, enthusiastic parents that helped and thank you to all the Scouts and Senior Cubs (sixer and second) and cubs that added a helping hand. As always our leaders were present to assist us.
Tree planting day as per Baloo: We were asked by Henley@Heart to assist them in planting of 150 trees along St David’s Road. Next year is the Cub’s 100th birthday celebration. The theme was based on King Authur & The Knighthood. The District Cub Camp was a great success because of the number of cubs that attended. This was the biggest Southern District camp ever.
