Hi All
I am currently volunteering as an Assistant Troop Scouter under the supervision and guidance of Mr. Andrew Downes. As part of a Camp Counselor’s Application process I am required to present a practical of working and teaching children. I will be taking photographs and video of activities prepared. These photographs and videos will serve purpose as part of the practical portfolio of the application process.
I hope you will consider my request to have your permission to videotape/photograph your child participating in scouting activities. If you do not wish your child to be filmed or photographed, feel free to contact me to discuss the application in more detail.
